Restoration process
Starting with a badly deteriorated paper image, whether black and white or color, we use AI-assisted processes and manual techniques with professional editing tools to restore them to images of acceptable resolution.
The first step is to scan the deteriorated image at the highest possible resolution to obtain a high-quality digital file.
Then the artificial intelligence that we have trained to perform this function takes care of cleaning and generating the pieces of the image that have practically no resolution, delivering a much improved file at a low resolution.
From here, manual processes begin to increase the file resolution, between approximately 4000px and 6000px, depending on the image. This involves removing artifacts, enhancing the structure, correcting minor errors, sharpening the image, improving color, and improving contrast. Finally, the image is scaled to the highest possible resolution to enable large-format printing, improving its sharpness using appropriate professional tools.

We will contact you by email to let you know that your service has been activated and provide you with a link to a private gallery in your name where you can download your repaired images. We will also include the password to access this gallery. All your repaired images will be available in this gallery for three months.
In what format should I upload the original images to be restored?
If you have the digital image in JPG format, or if it's on paper, scan it with your printer's scanner at the highest possible resolution, ideally 600 dpi or 900 dpi, to obtain a good quality JPG original. Alternatively, you can take a photo of the paper image with a mobile phone in JPG format; the resulting photo should be of good quality.
How can I send the original images in JPG digital format?
You can send it via WeTransfer - https://wetransfer.com/, which is free, or via WhatsApp. For this option, you must choose to send it as a document or file; do not send it as an image, as this option compresses the image, lowering its resolution.
How long does it take to restore my images?
Normally, between 24 and 72 hours depending on the workflow, we will send you an email indicating that the image(s) you sent us have been restored.
What will I have in the private gallery?
You will have a private gallery in your name, where you will find the original images you sent us and then the restored images. In this gallery, you can view them, and if you are satisfied with the work, you will click the shopping cart button to purchase the license and then confirm your order. Once payment is received, you will be able to download it. We will guide you through each step via email or WhatsApp.
